All this takes is 1 cup baking soda, ¼ cup citric acid, 1 tablespoon doTERRA On Guard Cleaner Concentrate, and 5 drops Grapefruit oil.
Mix them together & place in silicon molds.
Let those sit for 4 hours & voila! Store in an air tight container.

1/4 brown sugar
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
1/2 cup fractionated coconut oil
10 drops Lime essential oil
5 drops Ginger essential oil
Whether your meditating or doing your morning stretches, here is a recipe to not only cleanse your mats, but make them smell better than ever.
Combine 3/4 cup distilled water, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 5 drops Lavender essential oil, & 3 drops Melaleuca in glass spray bottle
Shake until combined
To use, spray on mat and wipe dry with towel

15–20 drops doTERRA Balance® Grounding Blend
⅓ cup water

500 mL spray bottle
1 ½ cup white vinegar
½ cup distilled water
8 drops of any citrus oil of your choice (could use Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Wild Orange, or a combination)
Add vinegar, water, and essential oil(s) to spray bottle and shake. You are ready to clean!
Create in a spa in your home!
1 cup citric acid
1 cup baking soda
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil
8–10 drops favorite essential oil
1. In bowl, place citric acid, baking soda, cornstarch, and oil.
Add eight to 10 drops of the essential oil or blend of choice
2. Mix well with spoon until soft dough is formed. It should have the consistency of damp sand.
Note: If the mixture is too wet, try adding a little more baking soda and cornstarch until consistency is correct.
3. At this point, you may add food coloring, dried herbs, or flower petals to mixture.
4. Place mixture in silicone molds. Let sit 24 hours before removing from mold.
Rosemary + Spearmint soap is divine.
Items Needed
Olive oil melt-and-pour soap base
Silicone mold
15 drops Spearmint oil
15 drops Rosemary oil
Optional: Dried herbs
Disclaimer: Although these images show fresh herbs in the soap, we highly recommend only using dried herbs. The fresh herbs (although beautiful) turn the soap brown after a few days.

½ cup unscented Castile soap
4 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
3 tablespoons Fractionated Coconut Oil
10 drops of your favorite essential oil
Note: Vegetable glycerin will help the body wash be thicker, creamier, and lather better.
