I’m talking about nutrition and what is the best way to nurish  our body the way it needs to be fed? How much sleep do we get and HOW can we imporve our sleep? Do you exercise? What does exercise mean? It is different for everyone. It could be walking for 30 minutes a day. It could be biking for hours a day!

How much water do you drink? That’s also a big one. Do you put lemon in your water? Everything from what we put into our bodies to how we breath out is important to living your best life possible.

Spiritual

Why is our spiritual self so important?

We focus so much on our physical well being that we sometimes fail to realize that the spiritual side is almost more important. Let me tap into your spiritual side to help guide you in your decision in life. Let’s talk about community and WHY it is so important! We have lost such a sense of community in our current culture.
